My menu for today:

Breakfast: 2 eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon
Snack: celery with one wedge of Laughing Cow cheese
Lunch: leftover roasted turkey breast and a tossed salad
Dinner: scallops, cauliflower mashed potatoes, small salad
Snack: sugar-free jello with 2 tbsp. of fat-free Cool Whip

I didn't eat any pizza because it was in another building. I just didn't go over!! When in doubt, stay away! LOL I still have to pack a lunch for tomorrow and I really don't feel like it. I figure if I give myself 10 minutes on the computer, then I will make myself pack my lunch and my snacks.
I am feeling extremely bloated tonight. I find myself thinking about the scale all the time. I got on it before dinner even though I said I would weigh in next Monday. I am NOT going to get on it again until Monday, I promise!!!
