I just realized that I had not blogged my menu for Wednesday or for today. Here goes:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Snack: celery with peanut butter
Lunch: tossed salad, scoop of tuna fish, scoop of seafood salad
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: leftover chicken and green beans
Snack: jello with cool whip
Breakfast: 2 eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon
Snack: pistachios
Lunch: leftover chicken and tossed salad
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: salmon, steamed veggies, tossed salad, a few grilled shrimp
Snack: sugar-free fudgsicle
Joe is actually home tonight so I am going to enjoy some time with him instead of blogging!
